የኮምፒውተር Function key ጥቅማቸው

የኮምፒውተር ኪቦርዳችን ላይ ከላይ የሚገኙትን (F1-F12) በተኖች ጥቅማቸውን ያውቁ ኖሯል? ካላወቃችሁ አትጨነቁ!! ዛሬ የተወሰነ ጥቅማቸውን እናሳያችኋለን፡፡ እነዚህን የኪይቦርድ በተኖች ከዚህ በፊት ድምፅ ለመጨመር እንዲሁም የብርሃን መጠን ለማስተካከል ተጥቀምውባቸው ይሆናል፡፡ ጥቅማቸው ከዚህ ከፍ ያለ ነው  ሁሉም ኮምፒውተር በሚያስብል ሁኔታ እነዚህን በተኖች ይዞ ይዘዋል፡፡ እና ምንም ማስተካከል ሳያስፈልግ መጠቀም እንችላለን። ይሁን እንጂ አንዳንድ ኮምፒውተሮች ላይ እነዚህን በተኖች ለመጠቀም FN የሚለውን በተን በቅድሚያ መንካት ሊኖርብን ይችላል::

ከF1 እስከ F12 ያሉትን በተኖች ጥቅም አንድ በአንድ ከስር ዘርዝረናል ..
          የF1 ጥቅሞች
► Win + F1 = Display help menu
►Ctrl +F1 Show/hide menu options in Excell and Word
►F1 in chrome  Open Chrome support

       የF2 ጥቅሞች
► Alt + Ctrl + F2 = opens Document Library in Microsoft Office
► Allows you to edit the selected folder or file name in Windows Explorer
►Rename a file in Windows Explorer
►Edit the active cell in Microsoft Excel
►Ctrl + F2 Shows a print preview in Word
►Alt + Ctrl + F2 Open the document library in Microsoft Office.

► Opens search feature in Windows Explorer
► Shift + F3 - lets you change from lowercase to uppercase to all caps in Word
► Opens find feature in Firefox and Chrome

       የF4 ጥቅሞች
► Alt + F4 closes window
► Places the cursor in the address bar in Explorer

       የF5 ጥቅሞች
► Starts slide show in Power Point
► Refreshes Internet browser pages
► Opens Find and Replace in Office
► Refresh the browser, also clearing the cache memory.

       የF6 ጥቅሞች
► Goes to the next page in a split screen in Microsoft Word
► Ctrl + F6 = easily switch between Word documents.
►Places the cursor in the browser’s address bar

       የF7 ጥቅሞች
► Alt + F7 does a spelling and grammar check in Microsoft Word
► Shift + F7 open Thesaurus in Microsoft Word

       የF8 ጥቅሞች
► In Excel, enables extend mode for arrow keys
► Select text in Word
► Enables safe mode in Windows

       የF9 ጥቅሞች
► Ctrl + F9 inserts empty fields into Word
► Updates fields in Word
► Send or receive e-mails in Outlook
► Recalculate formulas in Excel

       የF10 ጥቅሞች
► Opens menu bar
► Ctrl + F10 maximizes window in Word
► Shift + F10 does the same thing as a right click

       የF11 ጥቅሞች
► Exits and enter full screen mode in browsers
► Shift + F11 adds a new spreadsheet in Excel

       የF12 ጥቅሞች
► Opens Save As in Word
► Shift + F12 saves Word document
► Ctrl + F12 opens Word document
